The NEMT Dispatch training course covers:

This course is specially designed and approved for Hopelink and Paratransit dispatchers. It could also be beneficial for school run dispatchers as well.
Universal Defensive Driving
Priority Solutions, Inc. provides Universal Defensive Driving training and certification to non-emergency medical transportation ( NEMT ) drivers. Classroom course covers:

This course is approved for Hopelink, Metr
City of Seattle / Metro, NEMT & WAV Taxi-ADA Course
The City of Seattle has approved Priority Solutions, Inc. to provide training and certification to drivers who will use a Taxi-Van to transport wheelchair-bound passengers.
The course content includes: Community Transportation Association of America/Passenger Service and Safety (CTAA/PASS):
- Customer Service
- Wheelchair Securement
- Safety & Procedures
CPR & First-Aid Training
Priority Solutions provides training for private and public businesses who are required by the State of Washington to have trained and certified employees on CPR, *AED (*Automated External Defibrillator), and Basic First Aid for adult, child and infant. The CPR, AED, and First Aid certification is designed specifically for the occupational first-aid provider. The courses
Wheelchair (WAV) & Cab (NEMT) Training
The Wheelchair & Cab course covers:
- American Health & Safety Basic CPR & AED/ First Aid /Bloodborne Pathogens
- CTAA-PASS Customer Service, ADA Empathy – PASS Safety and Procedures
- Wheelchair Securements
- Emergency Procedures & Fire Safety
- National Safety Council Defensive Driving for the Para-transit Driver
- Drug & Alcohol
- Child Safety & Securements
Chauffeur & Limousine
Drivers
Service fees must be paid in full on the day of Service.
Fees will cover:
- Washington State Patrol Background Check & Drug Screen
- Dept. of Transportation Physical Exam
- Badge for Port of Seattle
- Not included:
Defensive Driving Course (if required-register for this course seperate)
